Baron Nicolaus von Pölnitz, born in 1954, has cultivated the family´s tradition of falconry for over thirty years and is nowadays regarded as one of the most renowned falconers in Europe. His expert knowledge allows him to breed falcons of the size, form and color desired to meet specific requirements.
His falconbreeding project is one of the only CITES registered operations in the world.
